How Much Can I Earn Online Using Google Adsense?

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Sunday 26 July 2009 11:58 am

Many people are asking this question right after they get signed up with Google Adsense. It’s pretty dis-heartening to find out you’re making about a buck a day a few months after signing up and creating a site.

Then they wonder how it is that people claim to make thousands with Google Adsense. They end up believing it’s all hype and a scam. But the truth is, if you understand how to work it, you really can make thousands of dollars with it.

Another mistake that ‘newbies’ make is thinking they’re going to jump right in and rake in those thousands. But truth holds that you’ll have to build up your profits gradually. You need to build your traffic and get your site noticed. Link-building is very important for creating a profitable site.

One of the biggest keys to Adsense income is creating content. By creating more pages and more sites you can increase your cash. If you’re getting a dollar per day from one site, then that’s $30 per month. If you make TEN sites like that, then you have $300 per month. And if fifty, then you can see how it escalates.

One thing to definitely watch out for are ‘Adsense ready sites’. Some of these will have ‘duplicate content’ and all the search engines frown on this, and can spot it a mile away. Creating new and fresh content is the key to success in this biz. You can write your own, or hire it done through sites like ‘Elance’ or ‘Get A Freelancer’. You can buy sites already made from spots like ‘SEDO’ and then put your Adsense code on them.

Once you start showing some income, then you can tweak the color and placing of your ads. By doing some of these different things for improving your site, you also improve your click-through rating, or CTR.

Read and study as much of the FREE information on the subject as you can. Learn the ins and outs of using Google Adsense and building sites that are optimized to get the most out of it.

It takes time in the beginning to learn about everything you need and to build up your site. But the payoff comes when you start raking in enough cash to quit your old nine to five job and stay home running your sites.

It’s really rewarding, and it’s fun to learn. And once you know how, you can duplicate it for yourself, and even get paid to help others. Write and ebook and publish it for even more profit. There are lots of ways of making good money on the net, you just have to put in the time to learn them.

Some Updates about Google AdSense Program

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Saturday 4 July 2009 11:58 am

Google has recently posted a video that is pretty useful for you to increase your AdSense revenue. The video can be access here. The video provides a lot of AdSense optimization tips to help you figure out the best locations for displaying your AdSense on your site without against AdSense program policies.

If you haven’t known yet, Google doesn’t allowed publishers to blend their ads too much with content. For the past six months, Google has been hunting down sites and blogs that get high click-through rate and high AdSense earning. The reason is that they blended their AdSense ads too much with content; making the ads look part of the content. This definitely will generate high click through rate but Google doesn’t like it because the visitors not aware they are clicking ads. I was once suspended by Google for blending the ads too much. If you are interested to read my story, here’s the link:

This AdSense optimization video of Google not just useful for AdSense beginners, I think the experienced publishers will also find some good AdSense earning tips in the video. So, if AdSense is one of your money making programs, I suggest you watch the video.

Another news about AdSense is that Firefox has just released a new add on for Adsense publishers. The ad on is called AdSense Monitor. You can find and install this add-on here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12735

It was provided by the developer team from http://www.whydowork.com/forums. Using AdSense Monitor, you will be able to see your AdSense earning and other AdSense data in status bar, updated in near real time. For those who have a habit of checking their AdSense earning several times a day, this Firefox add-on will make AdSense earning checking convenient for them.

I’m No Longer Can Make Money Online with AdSense Using This Blog

Posted by admin | Google Adsense, Make Money Online | Tuesday 11 November 2008 11:58 am

Early I told you that I was warned by Google AdSense Team that some of my blog posts have been formatted to look like AdSense ads and Google gave me three days to fix that or I’ll will not be able to display AdSense ads forever in this blog.

I made the changes and after three days nothing happen, so I must have past that.

But, yesterday, just after 5 minute I published a new post, all my AdSense ads gone. I think the Google AdSense team automatically detected the new post was against their policies, so immediately remove my AdSense ads from this blog. But I swear the post isn’t against any of their policies. I then deleted the post to see whether the ads will come back. No, still blank in the space after hours of waiting. I think this simply means I can no longer show AdSense ads on this blog.

AdSense has been a great source of revenue for this blog and I have lost it. I started to thinking to retire this blog. Stop working on it and let the blog falls from No. 1 ranking for the keyword ‘make money online’.

Yesterday night doesn’t sleep well. Thinking about how to make this blog to generate income in the future as I still get a lot of search engine traffic from this blog. And today morning I finally decided to make some major chances to this blog.

Firstly, I will chance the template of moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com. I have picked a professional template, it is three column and looks better than this one. I will change the template in these coming two days. Then I will focus on private ads selling, leads selling and signing up one to two pay per click programs such Kontera, and etc. May be also selling text links or paid reviews. But, all these new income sources I added in to http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com wouldn’t be able to replace the income that I used to earn from one Google AdSense program.

Google AdSense is really a powerful money making program. If you get good amount of targeted traffic and optimize the ads well on your site, AdSense will work very well for you.

Making Money with AdSense….Not Until You Got Your Google AdSense Account Approved!

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Saturday 18 October 2008 11:58 am

It has been over two years I used AdSense on this blog to make money online. I still remember when I first applied to become a Google AdSense Publisher; I was actually rejected by Google. I got approval only on the second application after I done some changes to the site that I used it to apply AdSense.

And recently my friend started an anti-virus blog, I helped him to send an application to Google for opening an AdSense publisher account and he got his AdSense account approved within 10 hours.

With these experiences, I think I can share some info helpful for you to get your AdSense account approved smoothly and start earning online with AdSense

Getting an AdSense account to approve isn’t difficult actually if you know clearly their program policies. Once you have set up your site or blog with content added in, you can read the Google AdSense policies here to see whether your site or blog comply with each of their rules and terms. There is also a set of webmaster guidelines you must adhere as an AdSense publisher.

After reading all Google AdSense program policies and their webmaster guidelines, if it seems that your site or blog doesn’t against anything, you may fill out the AdSense sign form to send your application to Google.

There are actually quite a lot to read in Google AdSense policies and Google’s webmaster quality guidelines. You may not be able to understand all of them. Checking each rule and guideline take time. So, if you don’t have the time to understand totally their policies and guidelines; and making sure you comply everything, here are a few quick tips for you:

Site should be Information-Rich
As Google AdSense program is targeted for content-based website. Your site needs to have a reasonable amount of content. The content must be original and family-friendly. Don’t use reprinted articles which already been published on other sites as Google AdSense team will not like it. If it is a blog you are going to use to apply for AdSense, make sure it has at least 5 original posts before applying.

Proper Website Design and Structure
2 column and 3 column layout are best for AdSense content-based website. The site has a clear navigation section for visitors. The navigation text links should be simple and arrange in a manner that easy for users to browse your web pages.

A site map is suggested although it isn’t necessary. Do some on-page SEO optimization. Especially the title tag and meta description tag, they should be clearly and accurately describing what your website is about and with your primary keywords included.

Three Don’t Do
- Don’t set your site to show pop and pop-up, pop-under when visitors browse your site.
- Don’t create pages with spyware, viruses or adware.
- No hidden text and hidden links in your website.

In the case that your application was rejected by Google AdSense team, Google will reply you with a reason for rejection. Read the reason carefully and review your website. Find the area that against AdSense policies, change it or remove it then reply. You will get the approval if you done the modification accordingly.

AdSense Upcoming Feature: Make Changes to Ads without Replacing Code

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Monday 1 October 2007 11:58 am

AdSense Blog has posted a good news about Google AdSense program today. In the coming weeks, Google AdSense will be launching a new feature allowing publishers to manage their AdSense ad units inside their AdSense account.

With this new feature, you will be able to change your AdSense ad units (such as colors, channels and borders) that display on your site or blog within your AdSense account. This mean that you’ll no longer need to copy and paste your AdSense code to your pages every time you made changes to your AdSense setting (colors, channels and borders). All you need is few clicks of mouse inside your account and you’ll see your ads changes take place on your site or blog.

The new feature is created to help save your time and let you optimize your AdSense ads more easier. As mentioned in AdSense blog, the feature will be rolling out in phases in the next few weeks and another post will be updated at that time to explain how to use the feature.
