How Much Can I Earn Online Using Google Adsense?

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Sunday 26 July 2009 11:58 am

Many people are asking this question right after they get signed up with Google Adsense. It’s pretty dis-heartening to find out you’re making about a buck a day a few months after signing up and creating a site.

Then they wonder how it is that people claim to make thousands with Google Adsense. They end up believing it’s all hype and a scam. But the truth is, if you understand how to work it, you really can make thousands of dollars with it.

Another mistake that ‘newbies’ make is thinking they’re going to jump right in and rake in those thousands. But truth holds that you’ll have to build up your profits gradually. You need to build your traffic and get your site noticed. Link-building is very important for creating a profitable site.

One of the biggest keys to Adsense income is creating content. By creating more pages and more sites you can increase your cash. If you’re getting a dollar per day from one site, then that’s $30 per month. If you make TEN sites like that, then you have $300 per month. And if fifty, then you can see how it escalates.

One thing to definitely watch out for are ‘Adsense ready sites’. Some of these will have ‘duplicate content’ and all the search engines frown on this, and can spot it a mile away. Creating new and fresh content is the key to success in this biz. You can write your own, or hire it done through sites like ‘Elance’ or ‘Get A Freelancer’. You can buy sites already made from spots like ‘SEDO’ and then put your Adsense code on them.

Once you start showing some income, then you can tweak the color and placing of your ads. By doing some of these different things for improving your site, you also improve your click-through rating, or CTR.

Read and study as much of the FREE information on the subject as you can. Learn the ins and outs of using Google Adsense and building sites that are optimized to get the most out of it.

It takes time in the beginning to learn about everything you need and to build up your site. But the payoff comes when you start raking in enough cash to quit your old nine to five job and stay home running your sites.

It’s really rewarding, and it’s fun to learn. And once you know how, you can duplicate it for yourself, and even get paid to help others. Write and ebook and publish it for even more profit. There are lots of ways of making good money on the net, you just have to put in the time to learn them.

Posted by admin | Freelancing for Cash | Tuesday 14 July 2009 11:58 am

In the business world, you are required to spend money in other to get more money. This separates the serious business owners from the non-serious ones. But having an online business is different from the traditional business. In the online business, you can use a blog and make money from it. You don’t have to spend money hosting your blog or to pay for any service. If you want to make money online without spending any money, these are what you should do.

1. Get a free blog:- Any one would work just fine, but the blog of most internet marketers is blogger. This is easy to create and set up. You would have to decide if you want to make money with contextual ads or through affiliate program. After you have decided what you want to do, you would go to blogspot and publish the post you have written.

2. Get Traffic to the Blog:- After publishing your blog post, the next thing you want to do is to get traffic to the blog because traffic, your blog is like a fish swimming in the pacific ocean. Without traffic, your blog is another blog that is in the blogosphere that no one knows about. You can get traffic by commenting on other people’s blog, being active in forums, doing article marketing and social bookmarking. All these methods are free. They just require your time.

3. Track Your Traffic:- When you see that you are getting traffic to the blog, install a tracking code to see where your visitors are coming from. There are many free tracking codes to use on your blog. Check where the traffic is coming from and capitalize on that traffic. By this I mean you would continue doing what you were doing to bring more of that traffic. If you are getting traffic and you are not making any money yet, that means that you have the wrong traffic. Check your traffic stats again and see where the second source of traffic is coming from. Put more effort so that you get more of that traffic and maybe you might start making money money.

Making money with contextual ads such as adsense needs more work. It required you to get traffic from search engine to get clicks on the ads. Affiliate marketing is much easier because if you do article marketing, people would find your article from search engine and click to your blog. If you have more articles that they like, they might click on your affiliate link and buy a product you recommended. It is easier for search engine bots to see and index your article on article sites than them to index your blog because your blog don’t have much authority like the article site. It would take a while for your site to reach that type of authority.

As the phrase ‘make money online’ becoming more popular now days, there are a lot opportunities available on the net for public to join. Many people get caught with the phrase because they always thought it is easy as it sound but the true is not. A lot of work and effort must be done before you can get what you are looking for.

Anyway, the simple and basic strategic for every business is to bring as many customers as we can because no matter how good is our product without customer it is nothing. In this case traffics are our main objective. I am not going to talk about SEO or how to be on the first page of organic search but I am going to discuss about how to bring in traffics to your blog using tools other than the organic search. There a many ways but below are a few that I feel most popular and effective way that will generate traffics to your blog.

Pay per click
This is an Internet advertising program that applies on search engines, advertising networks, and content sites, such as blogs or website, in which advertisers pay only when their ad is clicked. With a proper keyword and budget setting, pay per click can be very useful tools to drive traffics and eventually generating money. Example of pay per click advertising program is Google Adwords.

Social networking website
No money needed but yet still manage to drive in a huge amount of traffics to your blog. I have made a quick search on one largest and most popular social networking website Facebook and have found there are more than 20 million people in United Kingdom have sign up for Facebook.

Tell a friend
Don’t forget that by sending a marketing email is also a good way to promote your blog. Tell a friend is a tool that will allow your visitors to promote your blog on your behalf. If the contents of your blog are interesting, useful and informative, people will recommend to others using tell a friend tool and your will see that your blog spreading like a wild fire. Socialtwist is a good example of tell a friend

Actually there are many more ways to generate traffics other than be on the first page of an organic search. Eager to be on the first page sometime make people forgot about other opportunities to generate traffics.

Make Money With eBay

There are several ways to make money with eBay even though most people only know of one way. That is of course selling their old junk on eBay. That was actually how it was when eBay and the internet were not as developed. Now you can earn money using eBay a variety of ways. You do not even need to have your own product or sell anything that you own for that matter. In fact you do not even need to sell something.

eBay Affiliate Program

Using the eBay partner program or affiliate program you can earn money by referring customers to buy thing on eBay. If you own a website this is a really easy way to earn money online. eBay gives you a variety of tools that you can use to help you earn money by posting links to eBay products on your web pages.
This also does another thing to make you money. If a visitor clicks through to a eBay product that does not have an eBay account and signs up will give you lifetime commissions on every thing they buy for life. When people join eBay they usually get hooked on buying things from there. This is because of how cheap you can get new products on eBay. A lot of new users signing up through you will make you big money in the long run.
Selling Products

This is the obvious way to make money online with eBay. However, I am going to show you a method to get your own products at wholesale price that you can resale for a little under retail price on eBay. The difference between the two is your profit. This is made possible by eBay dropshippers. Thats right, you can sell products on eBay and ship them without ever physically touching them. Once you the customer buys the product you enter their shipping info and use they money you collected from them. The difference is your profit.
Making Money With An eBay Niche Store

This is one of the best ways to make money with eBay. Opening an eBay niche store is a great way to generate affiliate commissions and build residual income. When you open a niche store they place affiliate links to eBay products. However, it looks more professional than what it would look like if you placed them on your own website. First off the visitor does not know the product is being sold on eBay until they click through and try to buy it. By that time it does not matter because they are sold on the cheap price of the related product.

Some Updates about Google AdSense Program

Posted by admin | Google Adsense | Saturday 4 July 2009 11:58 am

Google has recently posted a video that is pretty useful for you to increase your AdSense revenue. The video can be access here. The video provides a lot of AdSense optimization tips to help you figure out the best locations for displaying your AdSense on your site without against AdSense program policies.

If you haven’t known yet, Google doesn’t allowed publishers to blend their ads too much with content. For the past six months, Google has been hunting down sites and blogs that get high click-through rate and high AdSense earning. The reason is that they blended their AdSense ads too much with content; making the ads look part of the content. This definitely will generate high click through rate but Google doesn’t like it because the visitors not aware they are clicking ads. I was once suspended by Google for blending the ads too much. If you are interested to read my story, here’s the link:

http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com/2008/11/i-no-long-can-make-money-online-with.html

This AdSense optimization video of Google not just useful for AdSense beginners, I think the experienced publishers will also find some good AdSense earning tips in the video. So, if AdSense is one of your money making programs, I suggest you watch the video.

Another news about AdSense is that Firefox has just released a new add on for Adsense publishers. The ad on is called AdSense Monitor. You can find and install this add-on here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12735

It was provided by the developer team from http://www.whydowork.com/forums. Using AdSense Monitor, you will be able to see your AdSense earning and other AdSense data in status bar, updated in near real time. For those who have a habit of checking their AdSense earning several times a day, this Firefox add-on will make AdSense earning checking convenient for them.
